Recession Resistant Fund Asset Summary
The Aerial RR Fund was launched in late 2018 to co-invest with best-in-class real estate operators in institutional-grade properties. Our operating partners are specialists in their asset class and geography with deep experience and efficiency in sourcing, managing, improving, and liquidating real estate. The Fund was fully invested by September 2019 into 8 investments consisting of 50 properties across 13 states and will hold this portfolio properties for 5-10 years.
We carefully selected operating partners and assets through our strict vetting process to take an equity stake across many properties in numerous cities, states, and regions to provide diversification, access to exclusive deals, and a passive investment vehicle for our investors.
80% of the Fund’s investments were made with repeat operating partners that we have previous investment experience with.
