Recession resistant fund
In late 2018, Aerial launched the Recession Resistant Fund, a highly diversified, professionally managed, closed-end private equity real estate fund. The Fund made 8 investments totaling over 30 properties across 12 states. The Fund is diversified across mobile home parks, self-storage, and apartments.
